E-focus is a community based not-for-profit organisation that was established in 1976. E-focus delivers a range of employment, education and community development services to alleviate disadvantage and to enrich the lives of individuals and local communities. E-focus is the registered training business name of Heidelberg Training and Resource Centre which evolved from its beginnings as ‘PUSH’ in West Heidelberg. Since its humble beginnings some 35 years ago as a Community Youth Support Scheme project and then SkillShare project, E-focus has facilitated and provided a holistic, high quality blend of recruitment, employment, education and community services. With 100 dedicated and professional staff, E-focus has supported and provided pathways to thousands of clients, especially those most disadvantaged in seeking and retaining employment. Our mission is to enrich the lives of individuals and their communities, especially for those who experience disadvantage, through the provision of employment assistance, training services and community development programs.

JobCo. Employment Services Inc. is a community based not-for-profit employment service provider which has been delivering a comprehensive range of employment solutions to employers and jobseekers in the Melbourne and metropolitan region since 1994. JobCo’s mission is to ensure that any person seeking employment services, training, counselling or support is assisted. For all clients we will provide a unique and individual experience of service where people feel listened to and supported in overcoming barriers, achieving equality and meaningful inclusion into their local community. Our values are reflected both in the services we provide and in the investment of staff from a broad range of disciplines and cultural backgrounds. As a Registered Training Organisation, JobCo. delivers an extensive range of quality Nationally Accredited Courses from our scope of registration in accordance with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). Our training program extends to provide Pre Accredited training to existing workers and unemployed jobseekers. The mission of our RTO is to provide innovative training and employment opportunities to serve industry and the wider community. We aim to strive for excellence with integrity through understanding the needs of our clients.

Youth Projects Limited is an independent, not-for-profit agency that provides health, outreach, employment, education and training services to individuals experiencing disadvantage, unemployment, homelessness, alcohol and other drug issues. Youth Projects promotes inclusion, builds resilience and creates opportunities. Youth Projects first established in 1984 to respond to rising youth unemployment and entrenched disadvantage in the north of Melbourne. Over the past 25 years, Youth Projects has considerably expanded its services and now delivers health, outreach, community and employment, education and training services throughout north, west and central Melbourne. Our broad range of services enables a holistic approach to tackling disadvantage, homelessness, and alcohol and other drug issues. Youth Projects provides a non-judgmental service with a strong focus on harm minimisation and works with clients on a personalised, tailored basis to address complex issues.
