Apprenticeships Matter currently has two vacancies for our newly funded Apprenticeships Matter for Women (AM4W) initiative. Both positions will be based at our Greensborough office and will be on a 12 month contract (pending additional funding).
AM4W Program Manager
In Victoria, women are significantly underrepresented in many trade related industries. As Program Manager of the Apprenticeships Matter for Women team, you will be required to increase awareness of opportunities for women in non-traditional trades as well as increase employment opportunities that result in successful retention and completion of apprenticeships or traineeships. AM4W Recruitment & Account Manager
As an AM4W Recruitment and Accounts Manager, you will focus on female jobseekers in the Victorian labour market who require assistance to gain an apprenticeship or traineeship in the trade sector. This will be achieved by liaising with all key stakeholders that have a vested interest in providing opportunities to women and diversity groups.
As part of your role working within the Apprenticeships Matter for Women team, you will generate suitable outcomes via Australian Apprenticeships that are sustainable and provide a long term career paths. For more information and to apply click here
