The role of the Customer Solutions Specialist is to process and assess client file administration under the Universal Services of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network contract.

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing complex processing & client file administration;
  • Assessing and processing claims;
  • Comprehensive customer information and support services;
  • Interpreting and adhering to program and organisational guidelines;
  • Quality Control;
  • Providing support to the Administration Manager and other Apprenticeships Matter Staff when required.

Full time Recruitment Solutions Specialist

We are currently looking for a full time Recruitment Solutions Specialist to join our Recruitment team.

As a Recruitment Solutions Specialist, you will coordinate and execute the recruitment functions and associated activities of Apprenticeships Matter Recruitment (AMR).

In addition, this position will be responsible for sourcing/advertising all new AMR vacancies, utilising all Apprenticeships Matter Stakeholders. You will generate suitable job matches of Australian Apprentices to employers within a range of industry sectors.

An understanding of secondary school systems and career pathways both higher education as well as others that include Australian Apprenticeships is desirable.
