The Management Team at Apprenticeships Matter empower and support the team to achieve the overall purpose and vision of the organisation. They provide strategic direction to each of their teams and oversee the successful running of the organisation as a whole. Each member of the team comes with over 10 years’ industry experience and are passionate about empowering and connecting people to achieve their goals.
Our Business Development team work closely with national employers to increase awareness of Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeships. Through the development of a pro-marketing program and in conjunction with BDCs, the team look to work with employers to increase signups of Australian Apprentices.
Our Business Development Consultants engage and work with employers across various industries to assist in the upskilling and development of their workforce. Their on-ground knowledge and expertise enables them to broker effective solutions for employers of Australian Apprentices. The team brings diverse qualifications and experience to Apprenticeships Matter.
Our Regional Consultants promote and advise on Australian Apprenticeship pathways to the wider community and industry as a whole. They work with employers, schools and jobseekers, to endorse the benefits of apprenticeships and traineeships, as well as providing guidance and support through our mentoring program to assist apprentices and trainees with successfully completing their qualification.
The role of the In-Training Support (ITS) team is twofold: there are our administrators who maintain contact with apprentices, trainees and employers to confirm continuous employment and to refer them to our ITS Consultants (mentors) for any further assistance, if required. Our ITS Consultants provide guidance and support whether it relates to work, training, workplace relationships, family life or anything else that may affect the apprentice or trainee completing their qualification.
Our experienced VET Advisors work with students and Career Advisors in Schools and TAFEs, advising on career pathways, in particular apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities. They also provide information and advice to work readiness and workplace expectations.
Apprenticeships Matter Recruitment
Our team of Recruitment Specialists work with both the jobseeker and employer to match and fill suitable apprenticeship and traineeship vacancies. They work with jobseekers to find the career pathway that’s suitable to them, by providing direct support and advice throughout the recruitment process. They also work with employers to recruit, refer and match appropriate candidates to their specified vacancy.
Our administration team are responsible for assessing and processing Training Contracts and Incentive claims for both the employer and apprentice/trainee. They provide exceptional customer service and assist with any administration queries throughout the duration of the apprenticeship or traineeship.
