Bill Larkin

Bill has over 20 years’ experience in the VET industry, the last 5 years with Apprenticeships Matter. Bill’s previous employment includes working as a National Strategic Relations Manager as well as a National RTO Relations Manager, building strong connections and relationships with all stakeholders. Bill has completed a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Arts.


Erin Larkin

Business Development Consultant

Erin has been working in the VET sector for 12 years, 6 and half of those with Apprenticeships Matter. Based in Moorabbin, Erin works in and around the South East suburbs of Melbourne, whilst also working with many clients interstate. Erin has extensive experience having worked in various In-Training Support and Administration roles within the VET sector. Erin has also completed a Diploma in Management.


Glenn Oliver

Business Development Consultant

Glenn has been working in the VET sector for over 15 years, holding various manager roles within Registered Training Organisations as well as with other Apprenticeship Network Providers. Glenn has forged strong relationships with many employers and prides himself on his customer service skills and the ability to quickly develop and maintain an excellent rapport with key stakeholders. Glenn has completed a Diploma in Management, Diploma in Business and Certificate IV in Business facilitation.


Jake Powell

Business Development Consultant

Jake has been a part of the Apprenticeships Matter team for almost 3 years, previously working as a Business Development Coordinator for a Training organisation. Jake has established and maintained many great client relationships through his excellent customer service and enthusiasm to create workforce development opportunities. Jake has completed a Diploma in Management, Certificate IV in Customer Engagement as well as Certificate III in Transport and Distribution.


Lauren Gallop

Business Development Consultant

Lauren has over 13 years’ experience in the VET sector, the past 3 and half years with Apprenticeships Matter. Lauren brings extensive apprenticeship and traineeship knowledge to our team and prides herself on her account management and customer service skills. Lauren’s strengths revolve around establishing strong long-term relationships and building solid foundations on trust, honesty and integrity. Lauren has completed her Bachelor of Business with Honour’s in Human Resources/Organisational Behaviour as well as her Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.


Leah Armstrong

Business Development Consultant

Leah has worked at Apprenticeships Matter for 14 years in various roles, some including management positions. Leah is now part of the Business Development Consultant team and through her 18 years’ experience in the VET sector she has acquired extensive knowledge about apprenticeships and traineeships. Leah has also completed a Diploma of Management.


Rachel Spokes

Business Development Consultant

Rachel has been working in the VET sector and for Apprenticeships Matter for 15 years. Initially working for our consortium partner, Youth Projects, she started in a receptionist role and shortly moved into an administration role. Based in the Glenroy office for two years, Rachel was tasked with assisting consultants. Following this, Rachel moved into a consultancy role which she has been working in since. Her experience and dedication has seen her form strong relationships with her clients. Rachel also has her Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.


Victor Pennisi

Business Development Consultant

Victor has worked with Apprenticeships Matter for 15 years. Prior to working at Apprenticeships Matter he worked as an employment consultant at a job active. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Victor is incredibly passionate about ensuring apprentices and trainees have the best start in their new role. Servicing all industries, Victor also works closely with the meat industry. Victor also has Diploma of Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
